We are "Gyoseishoshi" office

"Gyoseishoshi", literally translated Administrative Scrivener, is a specialist in documentation. We are officially registered and qualified by laws in Japan.

As a registered Administrative Scrivener, we can arrange:
- Legalization
- Notarization
- Translation

Legalization(Apostille)

Legalization is the process at Japan MOFA and/or Foreign delegate in Japan before you submit the document in your home country or embassy.

We will act an agent on behalf of you to apply for legalization on your document in Tokyo.

Notarization

Notarization is the process required before Legalization for a private document such as translation.

We will talk to a notary office in Tokyo to get your document notarized. We will act an agent on behalf of you, we will accompany with you, and/or we will apply for notarization under our name depending on a situation, type of document, etc.

Translation

We arrange English translation of the original Japanese document such as Family Register, Certificate of Acceptance, etc.
